WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING
Danika is extremely knowledgable and thorough. I had a consultation and was left with lots of new information as well as additional documents to have as resources. She is very passionate about her work, highly recommend!
It's crazy to think that as important as your pelvic floor muscles are, we don't talk about them enough! Danika is so knowledgeable and provides great resources and visualizations along with a detailed exercise plan to help address any issues you may have. Within my first visit, I was already seeing improvements. She is an absolute joy to be around and I looked forward to every session we had together. Her space at the Maternal Wellness Center is inviting and comfortable. I cannot recommend Empower Your Pelvis enough!
Danika is so incredibly knowledgeable but she is also so understanding of the realities of motherhood. It’s hard to prioritize yourself as a mom but your pelvic floor well being is something that absolutely shouldn’t be ignored!
We specialize in working with women throughout their pregnancy & motherhood journeys.

Pelvic Floor Therapy
“Pelvic floor therapy should be the first line of defense, not the backup.”
According to Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, pelvic floor therapy is a "non-surgical approach to rehabilitation of dysfunctions in the pelvis that contribute to bowel, bladder, sexual health, and pain complaints. Approaches may include behavioral strategies, manual therapies, modalities, therapeutic exercise, education, and functional re-training.”
Commonly treated conditions include:
Back, Hip, and Pelvic Pain
Pain with intercourse or orgasm
Diastasis Recti Abdominis (ab separation)
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
...and so much more!
